Each name below is a working system, not a website. None of them is a public service, and every one of them requires an invitation and a sign-in.

Outgoing mail from our applications: sign-in links, meeting notices, data-room updates, interview invitations. Every message is signed and covered by SPF and DMARC.
inbox.seadv.eureceives mail

Replies and reports back to those applications. Read by software, not by people. To reach a person, write to them at their company address instead.

Directory of Arcto Group's internal tools.
board.seadv.euinvited members

Board portal for the group's project companies.
dataroom.seadv.euinvited members

Project data rooms for transactions. Access is granted per project by the responsible person at Arcto.

A genuine message from our tools passes all four of these checks. If one fails, treat the message as suspicious.

The sender ends in @send.seadv.eu
Our tools never send from any other domain. A person at Arcto, Tuulikarhu, Aurinkokarhu or Verkkokarhu may also write to you directly, from their own @arcto.fi, @tuulikarhu.fi, @aurinkokarhu.fi or @verkkokarhu.fi address — that's normal. A message that claims to be from us but uses any other domain is not ours.
Replies go to a named person
The Reply-To or signature names someone at arcto.fi, tuulikarhu.fi, aurinkokarhu.fi or verkkokarhu.fi, usually the person you are already in contact with.
Links lead to a *.seadv.eu address
